Ray Terfera Retires as Massachusetts GA Executive Director; Bill Fisher Appointed Successor
Ray Terfera, longtime Executive Director of the Massachusetts Life & Health Insurance Guaranty Association, has retired. Bill Fisher, former Chair of the Massachusetts guaranty association Board of Directors and former member of the California, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, and New Mexico guaranty association Boards, has been named his successor and has begun his term as Executive Director.
