Deadline for Annual Meeting Hotel Reservations Almost Here
The hotel reservation deadline for NOLHGA's 20th Annual Meeting, which will be held October 28 and 29, 2003, at the Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas, is October 7. Room rates for the meeting are $225 a night for a Superior Room, $255 for a Deluxe Room, and $285 for a villa. Reservations should be made through the Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas at 972.717.0700. Be sure to mention NOLHGA to receive the special room rates.

The 2003 issue of the Accounting Guidelines Manual has been posted to the "Special Reports" section of the NOLHGA Web site. The following items in the Manual have been updated:
- Recording issues related to guaranty association obligations
- Sample footnote disclosure re: recording issues
- Sample assessment notice
- Updated Form 990 section
