McRaith, Former Director of FIO, To Speak at Seminar
Michael T. McRaith, former Director of the Federal Insurance Office (FIO), has agreed to speak at NOLHGA’s 2017 Legal Seminar in July. In a format that has become a favorite of Seminar attendees, NOLHGA’s President Peter Gallanis will kick off the program asking McRaith for his unique perspective on many of the topics that will be covered in greater detail throughout the Seminar. McRaith brings tremendous breadth of experience to the table, having experience as the first Director of FIO, a leading state regulator, and an attorney in private practice.
NOLHGA’s 25th Legal Seminar will take place on July 20–21 at the Ritz-Carlton, Chicago. Attendees can register for the meeting and make hotel reservations through the Seminar website. The registration fee for the Seminar is $895, and there is a $50 early bird discount for those who register by June 16. The seminar will be held in conjunction with an MPC meeting on July 19, and there is no registration fee for the MPC meeting.
NOLHGA has secured a room rate for this meeting of $265/night plus tax (single/double) at the Ritz-Carlton. Reservations can be made through the meeting website or by contacting the hotel at 312.266.1000 and requesting the NOLHGA rate.
