Fifteenth Installment Billing Report Accepted

The Executive Life Task Force recently accepted Navigant's report on Aurora's Fifteenth Installment Billing and authorized its transmission to the participating guaranty associations (PGAs). The bill calls for PGAs to pay Aurora approximately $58.2 million on or before April 30, 2006. Navigant's report was sent to the administrators of the PGAs on March 30, and it includes a copy of Aurora's bill with instructions for payment.

April 26 Opt-out Deadline for Assumption Agreement

The signed assumption agreement for the transfer of remaining States General life insurance policies to American Founders Life Insurance Company was sent to affected associations in an opt-out package by overnight delivery on March 27, 2006. The opt-out deadline is April 26, 2006. Associations with any questions regarding participation should contact Joni Forsythe at 703.787.4103.
