
Prudential’s Ann Kappler to Speak at Legal Seminar
Ann Kappler, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Prudential Financial, has agreed to speak at NOLHGA’s 2021 Online Legal Seminar, which will be held on July 21–23. Registration is available on the Seminar website, which also features speaker biographies; a preliminary agenda will be posted next week.
Kappler is the head of Prudential’s Law, Compliance, Business Ethics, and External Affairs. She was appointed in September 2020, after serving as the company’s Deputy General Counsel and head of External Affairs for six years. In that role, she oversaw Prudential’s corporate legal functions, including litigation, regulatory law, and corporate investigations. She also led the company’s public policy advocacy, managing all federal, state, and international government affairs activities.
