Final Distribution Received

On July 13, 2011, NOLHGA received $27.4 million for the final estate distribution from the American Integrity estate. With the distribution, total recoveries are approximately $60.8 million on both administrative expenses (100% of expenses accepted by the liquidator) and policy-level claims (62.9% of policy claims). A by-state allocation of the distribution will be sent to guaranty associations in the near future.

We anticipate disbursing the funds to affected guaranty associations soon after the completion of the Legal Seminar in San Francisco. Please contact Gus Estrada ([email protected]) if you do not receive your respective funds in the near future.
