Conflicts Surveys and Antitrust Certifications Due March 7

It is time once again to complete NOLHGA’s annual Conflicts and Antitrust Compliance Surveys. As part of NOLHGA’s annual compliance regimen, NOLHGA is required each year to survey and obtain responses from all NOLHGA representatives concerning compliance with NOLHGA’s Conflicts and Antitrust Policies. In particular, NOLHGA’s Conflicts Questionnaire must be completed on an annual basis by all NOLHGA Directors, committee and task force members, staff, and consultants. NOLHGA’s Antitrust Policy requires an annual Certification of Compliance by all NOLHGA Directors, committee and task force members, staff, and consultants, as well as all MPC members (guaranty association administrators).

The links for NOLHGA’s 2014 Conflicts and Antitrust compliance surveys were circulated via e-mail on February 19. Responses are due by Friday, March 7. If you have not already completed these compliance surveys, please take a few minutes to review these materials and submit the response forms online. When you submit your responses online, you will be given the option to retain a PDF of your completed response forms. You can also print and return a hard copy of your completed response forms to Aimee Hoffman via mail or fax (703.481.5209). If you opt for submission of a hard copy, please send in your responses early enough to be received by March 7.
