Order of Rehabilitation Entered, NOLHGA Task Force Formed
On November 18, 2009, the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, entered an Order for Rehabilitation in connection with Imerica Life and Health Insurance Company. A copy of that order is posted on the company's Web site.

The Board of Directors of the Utah Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association has named Ted D. Lewis the association's Executive Director. The board also named former Executive Director Arthur Dummer the authorized representative of the association with respect to assignments on the NOLHGA ELIC Task Force, Coverage/Claims Committee, and such other assignments requested or approved by the association.
