Kenny Bullock Passes Away
Kenny Bullock, NOLHGA’s Manager of Technology Systems, suffered a heart attack and died on August 25, 2021. He was 57.
Kenny came to NOLHGA in February 2000. In addition to the technical expertise he provided to NOLHGA and many members of the guaranty community, he was also NOLHGA’s unofficial photographer. He and his enormous camera became a fixture at NOLHGA meetings, and the slideshows he put together to show during breaks were a highlight for many attendees. We received so many requests for Kenny’s pictures that we decided to post them online so members could download the ones they liked the most.
Kenny’s other passions included sports (the Washington Nationals, New York Giants, and any sport the University of Virginia played), cataloging his family’s ancestry, spoiling his dog Zooey, painting, Gunsmoke, grilling (even in the winter), and spending time with his granddaughter Drew. He will be remembered most for the immense love and pride he felt for his family.
Kenny is survived by his wife Wanda; their children, Whitney Bright (James) and William Bullock (Rose); his granddaughter Drew; his mother Minnie; and his brother Keith and sister Lisa. Cards and other expressions of sympathy can be sent to Kenny’s family at:
12030 Vantage Point Court
Bristow, VA 20136
All of us at NOLHGA extend our deepest sympathies to his family, as well as our heartfelt gratitude for having Kenny in our lives.
