2013 Annual Meeting Registration & Hotel Reservations Update

According to the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa (the host hotel for NOLHGA’s 2013 Annual Meeting), a number of people who have registered for the meeting have not booked hotel rooms. We have also noted on the resort’s room list a number of people who have booked rooms but have not yet registered for the meeting. We encourage all attendees to check their records to confirm that they are registered for the meeting and have made their hotel reservations.

The program for the meeting will be posted on the meeting Web page soon. We anticipate the MPC meeting on Monday, October 21, to run from the early morning until 1:45 p.m. or so. The NOLHGA Board meeting that afternoon will be followed by the Annual Meeting Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m.

The Major Receiverships Briefing will be held on the morning of Tuesday, October 22. It will be followed by the Annual Meeting Welcome Luncheon (with guest speaker Calvin Trillin) and the first general session of the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting Dinner Cruise aboard the Floridian Princess will be held that evening. The second general session will take place on the morning of October 23, and the meeting is expected to end by noon.

The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is a member of the Preferred Hotel Group, and attendees can register with the Group’s iPrefer Points Program at www.iPrefer.com or when checking in.

NOLHGA’s 30th Annual Meeting will be held at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa on October 22-23 (an MPC meeting is scheduled for October 21).
