Kentucky Central Life Insurance Company (Ky.)
Distribution Made
During the week of August 15, 2004, NOLHGA made a distribution in excess of $16 million to the participating guaranty associations in connection with Kentucky Central. This distribution includes the proceeds of the recently approved Expense Settlement Agreement, plus interest through the date of distribution. An allocation schedule reflecting each state's share of the distribution was delivered to the participating guaranty associations via e-mail on August 10. Members can also access a copy of that schedule in the Kentucky Central folder in the Information Resource Center (IRC), which approved users can access by logging into NOLHGA's Web site. Payment of the distribution was made on August 17 via check or wire transfer, consistent with the instructions received from each state.
Please feel free to call Joni Forsythe at NOLHGA or Task Force Chair John Colpean if you have any questions regarding this distribution.
