Receiver Files Order to Show Cause

The week of August 2, 2015, NOLHGA sent a status memo to the guaranty associations affected by the liquidation of National Heritage Life. The memo included a copy of the Liquidation Court’s Order to Show Cause pertaining to the receiver’s petition to destroy certain estate documents.
