Online registration is now available for NOLHGA’s 24th Legal Seminar, which will be held on July 21–22, 2016, at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. Attendees can register at the Legal Seminar website, which is now live.
Planning is well underway for the seminar, which will be held in conjunction with an MPC meeting on July 19–20. This year’s Legal Seminar Planning Committee is made up of the following individuals: Tad Rhodes (Oklahoma), Chair; Jack Falkenbach (Delaware); Joel Glover (Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie); Charles Gullickson (South Dakota); Catherine Masters (Schiff Hardin); Tom Sullivan (Iowa); Charles Richardson (Faegre Baker Daniels); and Susan Voss (American Enterprise Group). The program will include panels on regulatory reform, the DOL’s Fiduciary Rule, CMS and COOPs, health care trends, international issues, the appellate process, taxes, cybersecurity, and ethics.
