Trust Report
On October 3, the NHL Trustees held their regularly scheduled meeting to review the financial statements and results to date. Attending on behalf of the NHL Task Force were Dan Orth (IL), task force chair; Jack Falkenbach (DE); William Falck (FL); Frank O'Loughlin, task force counsel; David Wilson, project manager; and Meg Melusen, NOLHGA staff. Remaining in the trust are approximately 181 residential and commercial assets. As of August 31, the Trust has disposed of 902 assets which exceeded by approximately $35.7 million the value assigned to them at the beginning of the trust. The Trustees expect to make a distribution from the Trust of $10 million on December 1.

2001 MPC Meeting Dates and Locations
The dates and locations for the first two MPC meetings of 2001 have been set. The first MPC meeting will be February 21-23 in San Diego, California, the second will be held May 9-11 in Providence, Rhode Island. The last meeting of 2000 will be held prior to the NOLHGA, NCIGF, IAIR Joint Seminar, November 14-15 in San Antonio, Texas.
Joint NOLHGA, NCIGF, IAIR Seminar
Registration for the November 15-17 Joint Seminar (NOLHGA, NCIGF, and IAIR) is now open to all those interested in attending. Due to meeting room constraints on the number of participants, NOLHGA members are urged to register as soon as possible.
