Cross-examination Expert Pozner to Speak at Legal Seminar

Larry Pozner, who coauthored two best-selling books on cross-examination, will present "The Science of Cross Examination--Using Your Opponent's Witnesses to Build Your Theory of the Case" at NOLHGA's 15th Annual Legal Seminar in July. Pozner and Dan Reilly, partners in the 15-lawyer litigation firm of Reilly, Pozner & Connelly, LLP in Denver, will discuss the techniques that have led to their success in both the civil and criminal litigation arenas and Pozner's national recognition as a legal analyst on the NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, MSNBC, CNN, NPR, and Court TV. Regular Legal Seminar attendees will remember Pozner's presentation on the Dain litigation at the 1999 NOLHGA Legal Seminar in Snow Mass, Colo.

NOLHGA's 15th Annual Legal Seminar is scheduled for July 12-13, 2007, in San Francisco, with an MPC meeting scheduled for July 10 and 11. Both meetings will take place at San Francisco's Stanford Court Hotel, and reservations can be made by calling 415.989.3500 or by booking online. A special rate of $199/night is available for the entire week and weekend; however, the hotel anticipates filling up quickly due to Major League Baseball's All-Star Game, which will be held early in the week.
