Legal Seminar Planning Begins
Planning has begun for the 22nd Annual NOLHGA Legal Seminar, which will be held on July 17–18, 2014, at the New York Hilton (Midtown). An MPC meeting is scheduled for July 15-16.
The Legal Seminar Planning Committee held its kickoff teleconference on January 28 to begin developing an agenda for the seminar. Ideas for program content are welcome. This year’s Planning Committee is made up of the following individuals: Charles Richardson (Faegre Baker Daniels), Chair; Jack Falkenbach (Delaware guaranty association); Joel Glover (Lewis Roca Rothgerber); Charles Gullickson (South Dakota guaranty association); Catherine Masters (Schiff Hardin); Tad Rhodes (Oklahoma guaranty association); and Tom Sullivan (Iowa guaranty association).
