NOLHGA’s 2025 Legal Seminar will be held on July 24–25, with an MPC meeting on July 23. The Seminar is the guaranty system’s premier event to discuss insolvency-related legal issues facing the life and health insurance guaranty associations as well as the insurance industry and regulatory community. Please note that attendance for the Legal Seminar is in-person only. Virtual and in-person registration are available for the July 23 MPC meeting (see below).
Cancellation Policy
Attendees who cancel 10 days or more in advance of the program start date will be refunded their registration fee. Attendees who cancel from 3 to 9 days in advance of the program start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
There will be no refunds provided for cancellations made less than 3 business days in advance of the program start date.
