COVID Safety Policy NOLHGA continues to monitor the situation related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure the safety and security of attendees at our conferences. After consulting the CDC website and working with The Westin Tempe, we have established the following guidelines:
As of September 7, 2022, guidelines for NOLHGA 2022 Annual Meeting attendees are as follows:
If you believe you are experiencing symptoms, in advance of travel, no matter how mild, or, if you have a positive COVID test within 5 days of travel, it is strongly recommended that you do not attend.
If you need to cancel your meeting registration(s), please contact De Gadd at dgadd@nolhga.com for a registration refund minus the processing fee.
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact reservations at 480.968.8885.
If you start to experience symptoms once you have arrived at The Westin Tempe, please contact De Gadd at dgadd@nolhga.com for further instructions.
These guidelines are as of September 7, 2022. They may change as conditions change. Attendees will be notified in advance of the meeting of any changes to these guidelines.
Dress Code The dress code for meetings attendees is business casual.
Cell Phone Policy As a courtesy to speakers and other meeting attendees, attendees are asked to silence their cell phones during all meetings.
